How this works ⚙️

Three steps, and then you can forget about it — the ticket tells you where it's at without you having to ask.

1. You file itPick what kind of thing it is, write the idea, say how much you want it. About twenty seconds.

2. It gets builtChris or TinaAI picks it up. The ticket moves as they go, so you can see if it's been read or started.

3. It shipsThe change is on the site. The ticket gets stamped and it turns up in the Website Log.
What to expect (worth a read once)

On your end

  • Nothing is too small. "That word reads oddly" is as valid as "build a whole new app".
  • Not everything gets built — and that's fine. If it's a no, you get a reply saying why. A real answer, not silence.
  • Small things are usually quick — a word or a colour can be same-day. A whole new app takes a lot longer.
  • You set the priority, not Chris. "🔥 actually want this" genuinely moves it up the list.
  • You don't have to chase anything. The bar on each ticket shows where it's at.
  • Your ticket number is permanent. TINA-001 stays TINA-001 forever.

On Chris's end

  • He reads every ticket and marks it 👀 seen so you know it landed.
  • He flips it to 🔨 in build when he actually starts, and ✅ shipped when it's live.
  • He replies on the ticket if it's a no, or if he needs to ask you something.
  • He attaches a link to the finished thing so you can go and look at it.
  • Only he can move a ticket along — otherwise the progress bar would mean nothing.
